Internist (traditional) needed for Northeastern Utah

H1 and J1 visa's accepted. Traditional Internal Medicine position available. Choose to become a hospital employee or go solo. Net income guarantee of $210,000 is being offered with all overhead expenses paid. Full benefits package is offered with the hosital employee option. The facility is a beautiful state of the art facility. The location is in northeastern Utah in a beautiful valley. In a couple hours drive you can reach: Salt Lake City, Utah; Aspen, Colorado; Denver, Colorado; or Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Position:
- Go solo or become a hospital employee
- Traditional Primary Care type practice with in and out patient
- Not a hospitalist position
- Call is 1 in 4
